个人简历:
程厚义,诸侯ok1133官网诸侯快讯博士后。2023年获诸侯ok1133官网博士学位,师从赵巍胜教授和赵超研究员。2023年12月入选诸侯ok1133官网“卓越百人博士后支持计划”。目前主要从事集成电路薄膜装备和工艺的基础及应用研究。作为技术骨干参与了基金委重大科研仪器研发项目、核高基重大专项子课题、安徽省科技重大专项等多个装备研发项目。以一作、共同一作在Advanced Electronic Materials,Science China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy,Review of Scientific Instruments等期刊上发表科研论文十余篇。带领团队自主研发了多款高精度薄膜沉积装备,多项技术实现成果转化,获授权中国发明专利6项,参编并获批准团体标准两项。成果获2023年中国仪器仪表学会技术发明奖,中国国际大学生创新大赛全国金奖(负责人)等奖励。
